How to apply and applications procedures

We have offices in Romania and work closely with the Ministry of Education and Universities ensuring that you get accepted.      Step 1: Register with us.

  Please register with us by completing the online application form. After that you are requested to send us scanned copies of all the required documents to:

     Step 2: Approval of your documents. documents.

  The scan copies of your documents sent to us will be scrutinized thoroughly and we may contact the applicant at this time if there is any loop hole noticed or any correction needed, this will take a day or two.After then, you will be sent a scan copy of the Application form/ STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA terms and conditions which you need to print out, fill the details and attach it to your documents that will be couriered to us.

     Step 3: Courier Documents

     Once the scan copies of your documents are approved, the applicant will be required to courier the certified copies of documents to us. This should include a copy of the application form/ STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA terms and conditions (duly signed by the applicant) sent to you via e-mail by STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA.

      Step 4: Processing of Acceptance Letter

     The documents are then sent to the ministry for processing and issuance of Acceptance letter. This may take 6-12 weeks, applicants have to be patient.

      Step 5: Sending of the Acceptance Letter

     When we receive your acceptance letter it will be couriered to you along with an acceptance package. You must then be required to pay for tuition fees and use the acceptance letter to get your student visa processed at your closest Romanian Embassy or consulate. STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA will be in full contact with you assisting all the way till your eventual arrival to Romania and finally to the school until you are settled.
