  • APPLICATION FEE/OFFER FEE
           STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA Services office charges is 1000 EUR (One Thousand Euros) for processing applications and securing your seat.
    Payment made in two parts:

    PART 1: 400Euros on submission of application documents and subsequent pre-approval of the documents.

    PART 2: The outstanding balance of 600Euros is to be completed when the admission is granted.
           The following services will be provided by STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA:
    Processing and correspondence with student through the application process
    Full correspondence with Ministry of Education, University and student
    Preparation of application and documents to ensure best possibility of acceptance
    STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA staff available for advice and assistance during application process
    Free Pickup from airport by STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA staff and transport to hotel
    Provision of free sim card to student. Students are advised to bring an unlocked mobile phone so that u can contact your parents, loved ones and family as soon as we provide the Sim card
    Assistance in finding accommodation/apartment (This can also be arranged in advance before the student arrives)
    STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA staff available in Romania for personal assistance during 1st week and then available for advice and assistance through the students full course
    STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA staff assistance with Student Visa processing in Romania
    STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA staff assistance with legal arrangements for lease agreement with landlord
    Processing of late applications possible

    REFUND POLICY

           Over the last 5yrs we have had only 4 applicant rejections which means students applying via STUDENT CONSULT ROMANIA have a 98% acceptance rate. You also receive a 90 % refund on deposit if your application is rejected. 

     TUITON FEES

        Universities in Romania could possibly be one of the most affordable foreign schools in Europe. Annual tuition fees as well extremely low living expenses make Romanian Universities an ideal option. This is basically because these Universities are solely owned and funded by the state. They are non-profit oriented Universities, making them the most preferable option by students that are keen in studying in different disciplines and achieving their life ambition with an European Union University degree and still want to maintain cost.    

        Undergraduate Annual Tuition: 3,600 EURO
         Postgraduate Annual Tuition: 3,800 EURO

         Includes all tuitions for University education, lab work and hospital rotations (in case of medical students/engineering students), as well as examinations. Tuition is required to be paid in advance for the first year once the Ministry of education has issued acceptance letter. Tuition is paid directly to the University of your Choice.

         EU students: Between 2000 Euro to 5000 Euros depending on university. According to our last update the fees for the universities we work with are as follow for EU students:

       GT Popa Iasi: $3600 USD
      Iuliu Hateganu Cluj: 5000 Euro
      Victor Babes Timisoara: 4000 Euro
      UMF Turgu Mures: ~2000 Euro

        For Postgraduate/Masters and PhD studies the annual tuition fee is approximately € 2 600.
